We think Port Royal Plantation is the best residential community on Hilton Head Island, with friendly people, a beautiful shoreline, swimming pools, Beach House, tennis courts, leisure paths, historic sites, arboretum and wonderful golf courses.
A successful community depends on the willingness of its residents to volunteer their time and ideas. We want to utilize your talents. If you are a newcomer to the Plantation, jump right in and join the many available activities. You'll find everyone will try to make you feel welcome. If you have questions not answered on this site, call or stop by the Administration Office, located just inside the entrance corridor on Coggins Point Road.
As a property owner, it is important to be aware of the Covenants, By-Laws and other documents relating to Port Royal Plantation.
