Get Access to the Pool?
If an owner accompanies a guest, the guest does not need a pool pass. Guests with overnight entry passes may receive a temporary pool pass and do not need to be accompanied by a resident. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and are not issued guest pool passes. Guest pool passes are available from the Administration Office or can be ordered with an overnight entry pass online.
Each owner is provided with an amenities card when they purchase property in the Plantation. Each year, after their assessment has been paid, they can stop at the Administration Office for an annual sticker to affix to their card. If a card needs to be replaced, stop at the Administration Office.
A current amenities card or guest pass is required for admission every time the pool is used from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
