Plans Approval Board

The Plans Approval Board (PAB) was established in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions to guide and monitor the aesthetic development of Port Royal Plantation. Their objective is to assure the orderly development of an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious residential community in Port Royal Plantation that preserves the natural beauty and the environmental setting, as well as the value of each property owner's investment. The PAB currently includes seven resident landowners appointed by the Association Board, along with a professional architect, landscape architect, and certified inspector.

The Association Board establishes PAB Guidelines and Procedures, and updates them on a regular basis. These guidelines constitute the parameters under which all projects are reviewed, and spell out the application process along with the fee structure.
