Summer 2009 Update

Hope you had a good spring and will enjoy your summer. The heat is already upon us on Hilton Head Island. The pool is open and in good condition. As you have guests - with or without you - please have them enjoy the pool and the overall area gently and follow some of the few but essential rules that are posted.

We'll have some paving repairs being done in both the North and South. And a friendly reminder that if you have any issues with common property landscaping please do not take matters into your own hands. Submit a request to Stacie Jacobs of Association Services.

A further reminder that while we all know parking is tight in Ocean Point, please do not use empty lots for parking unless the owner has been asked and said yes to your doing so.
